Christian Sturm's Experimental Super Cub Project

My Hangar Build My Hangar Build

Well, it may seem funny and a strange timing sequence but I have decided to build a hangar for my project. My local airport rarely has hangar space available because of the demand. You have to know someone to get a hangar. The airport recently developed some new land to expand the hangar space and allowed new 50 year leases to be acquired.  I was ready to get my project to the airport and never really liked paying rent (if possible), so I will make an investment and build a hangar instead. Contractors will do most of the work outside. It will be 50x50x16 and have a Hydroswing door.  More than just a hangar, it will be my shop, hangout, and provide much needed storage.

I will keep a photo log of the build progress here.
